Akshay on holding a Canadian passport

After Akshay Kumar failed to cast his vote earlier this week, he was asked why he was missing from the polling booths. His statement read: "I really don't understand the unwarranted interest and negativity about my citizenship. I have never hidden or denied that I hold a Canadian passport." He had also explained earlier that he was an honorary citizen of Canada.
