Cannes 2019: Did PeeCee photoshop her arms?

Taking to social media, PeeCee shared a series of pictures from her balcony wherein she can be seen having a pizza but the pictures shared by her show her arms to be thin whereas in another angle her they aren't, therefore, raising a question if the pictures shared by the diva are photoshopped is it a different camera angle?
